Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 14 October 2026
1. Online course fees are not refundable
All payments for The Parenting Blueprint for the First 7 Years are final and not refundable. This applies whether or not you have accessed the Course materials. We do not offer refunds, credits or transfers after purchase. Please watch the course video, explore our free videos on YouTube and read the course page before you pay.
2. If you do not receive the Course
The Course is sent by email within 24 hours of successful payment. If it has not arrived, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us with your payment receipt. We will make sure you receive access.
3. Technical issues
If a technical problem stops you from reasonably accessing the Course and we cannot resolve it, we may, at our discretion, provide replacement access or another solution. We review these cases individually.
4. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged for a payment that failed, please contact us with the transaction details. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation by us
If we are ever unable to provide the Course, you may choose replacement access when available or a full refund.
6. Processing of refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and usually take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exceptional circumstances
Requests outside this policy are reviewed at our sole discretion. Approving one request does not oblige us to approve similar requests.
8. This policy prevails
If any marketing material, website content or communication conflicts with this policy, this policy prevails.
