Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of The Parenting Blueprint for the First 7 Years (the "Course"). The website and Course are provided by The Parenting Place, operated by Parenting and Health Education Movement, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By using this website or purchasing the Course, you accept these terms.

2. The Course

The Course is a recorded online parenting course of about 10 hours in five modules, with the bonuses listed on the course page. Course content, bonuses and pricing are as described on the course page at the time of purchase. We may update or improve Course content over time.

3. Purchase and payment

• The fee is INR 11,800 including GST, payable in full before access.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details.
• Prices shown may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
• Please enter a correct email address at checkout. The Course is sent to that email address.

4. Delivery and access

The Course links are sent by email within 24 hours of successful payment. If they have not arrived, please contact us with your payment receipt at debmita.dutta@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 96117 39400. Your access is for lifetime, for your personal use.

5. Refunds and cancellations

The fee is not refundable. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to every purchase, and by purchasing you accept it.

6. Educational purpose only

The Course is for information and education. It is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not an emergency service. It does not include individual medical or developmental advice for your child. Please consult your doctor about any health or developmental concern. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

7. No certificate

The Course does not include a certificate.

8. Intellectual property

All Course content, including videos, documents, workbooks and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not record, copy, share, upload, distribute, modify, sell or use the content commercially, or share your access links with others, without our written permission.

9. No guarantee of results

Every child and family is different. Outcomes vary, and buying or completing the Course does not guarantee any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our content accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your personal information.

12. Third-party services

This website links to third-party services such as Razorpay, YouTube and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page and applies from its effective date.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
